YOUR TASKS

1. You are familiar with the market and competition and identify potentials through market, industry, and company analyses.
2. You develop independent market approaches for individual segments and partners.
3. You acquire and manage online partners (sellers) for the PAYBACK eCommerce marketplace.
4. You create and develop business cases for collaboration with PAYBACK and define relevant KPIs for PAYBACK and its partners.
5. You support seller onboarding and organize partner workshops for technology or marketing, if necessary.
6. You are experienced in working in matrix organizations and collaborate closely with colleagues from Key Account Partner Management and Sales Engineering.
7. You take responsibility for revenue and forecasting.

YOUR PROFILE

1. You have a degree in business administration or a comparable professional qualification.
2. You bring experience in eCommerce/digital trade, particularly in the platform marketplace business.
3. Communication is your strength; you think customer-oriented and work results-driven and proactively.
4. You are data-driven, possess strong analytical thinking, can quickly grasp complex issues, and derive suitable actions.
5. You impress with your performance orientation and actively drive topics forward.
6. You have confident presentation and negotiation skills.
7. You can communicate fluently in both German and English.
8. You have experience in independently negotiating contracts.
9. You are a team player with a good sense of humor.
