Your Title: Sales Account Manager (m/f/d)

What You Will Do

As an Account Manager, you will actively take charge of selling our cutting-edge products by finding and developing new distribution/retail partners. Drive growth by expanding existing accounts within the sales channel. Create strong awareness and demand for our products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of accounts while collaborating with our experienced sales reps and executives to ensure customer success.

  • Proactively identify customer needs, resolve issues, and pursue revenue opportunities to drive business growth
  • Oversee the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and C-level
  • Deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Accurately assess situations and arrive at positive solutions
  • Manage multiple account projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail

Skills and Experience You Should Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or comparable experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field
  • Experience supporting a sales strategy, including techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment
  • Business development experience including prospecting, networking, partnering, and achieving overall client satisfaction
  • Experience working within CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to approximately 50%. A valid driver’s license and vehicle rental access are required

About Your Location

The role predominantly covers the DACH region. You should be located within the region, preferably close to international air transportation. Trimble offers office locations in various cities within the region, or the role can be performed remotely from a home office.
