Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving revenue and building lasting client relationships? Our client, a leading innovator in enterprise content management solutions, is seeking a top-tier Senior Account Manager to join their high-performing team in Germany. This is a remote role with a perfect blend of 50% hunting (new business development) and 50% farming (nurturing existing relationships) to fuel growth in a designated territory or industry.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed your quota
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through research and prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of our client’s solutions
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to deliver software demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, conversations, and commitments in CRM
  • Forecast sales accurately and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Assist with RFPs and ensure smooth transition from pre-sale to implementation
  • Contribute ideas to improve the sales process and team performance
  • Stay informed about market trends and best practices

What You Bring :

  • Proven sales success with a track record of meeting targets
  • Experience in ECM / ERP markets, preferably with AI knowledge
  • Experience in both new business development (hunting) and account nurturing (farming)
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to gain trust and consensus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking
  • Team player who works well with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (likely less)
