Qualifikationen

Your Role :

As a Sales Account Manager , you will be responsible for acquiring and developing new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts. You'll also optimize marketing campaigns and drive customer engagement to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Account Management & Sales – Develop new wholesale and key account customers and strengthen existing relationships

Marketing & Campaigns – Optimize paid and organic campaigns for engagement and conversion

Customer Engagement – Develop tailored campaigns and provide strategic solutions

What You Bring :

Fluent German (native or bilingual) and min B1 English proficiency

2-3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management (preferably in FMCG)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM tools (D365, Power BI, HubSpot)

Strong sales and account management skills with an existing industry network (preferred)

Strategic thinking, resilience, and an independent, goal-driven mindset

Work Setup & Perks :

Work Hours : 38.5 hours / week, flexible culture

Travel : Up to 20% (company pool cars available, potential for a company car)

Team : 32 members, reporting to the Head of Wholesale
