The Role

We are looking for dedicated sales professionals to drive adoption of JoVE products at universities and colleges in the DACH region. An ideal candidate is a result-oriented achiever, effective in a remote work environment, and eager to succeed and grow with the company.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute your territory sales plan.
  • Conduct daily outreach to build new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
  • Present the product, online and in-person, to researchers, faculty, and librarians.
  • Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions on work priorities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.
  • Attend tradeshows and participate in marketing activities.
  • Require 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, STEM publishing, or SaaS.
  • Full professional proficiency in German.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills both online and in person.
  • Experience with Salesforce and platforms like HubSpot.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients and product users.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to overcome challenges to succeed.
