Job Description

JoVE is the world-leading producer and provider of science video solutions, aiming to improve scientific research and education. Our platform is used by millions of scientists, educators, and students worldwide. We serve over 1,000 universities, colleges, and biopharma companies, including prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, Technical University of Munich, University of Freiburg, and RWTH Aachen. The Role

We are looking for dedicated sales professionals to promote JoVE products within universities and colleges in the DACH region. The ideal candidate is result-oriented, effective in remote work environments, and eager to succeed and grow with our company.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan.
  • Engage in daily outreach to generate new business and maintain existing accounts.
  • Present products online and in-person to researchers, faculty, and librarians.
  • Analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions to prioritize efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and participate in campaigns and events.
  • Attend trade shows and other marketing activities.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, STEM Publishing, or SaaS.
  • Full professional proficiency in German.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both online and in person.
  • Experience with Salesforce and platforms like HubSpot.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients and product users.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Proven resilience and ability to overcome challenges.
