Job Description:

JoVE is the world-leading producer and provider of science video solutions with the mission to improve scientific research and education. Millions of scientists, educators, and students use JoVE for their research, teaching, and learning. Our institutional clients include over 1,000 universities, colleges, and biopharma companies, such as Harvard University, Technical University of Munich, University of Freiburg, and RWTH Aachen. The Role

We are looking for dedicated sales professionals to drive adoption of JoVE products at universities and colleges in the DACH region. An ideal candidate is result-oriented, effective in a remote work environment, and eager to succeed and grow with the company.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute your territory sales plan.
  • Conduct daily outreach to generate new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
  • Present the product both online and in-person to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians.
  • Analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions to prioritize your work.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets, team projects, and campaigns.
  • Attend tradeshows and participate in other marketing activities.
  • Require 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, STEM Publishing, or SaaS.
  • Full professional proficiency in German language.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills both in person and online.
  • Experience with Salesforce and platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients and product users.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to overcome challenges to succeed.
