Job Title: Safety and Reliability Manager

Location: Germany

Duration: 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Perform safety and reliability analyses for both new and existing facilities.
• Develop and implement internal strategies, guidelines, and safety-related policies.
• Identify potential risks and apply appropriate risk management measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and reliability compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation related to safety assessments.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on safety and reliability practices.
• Contribute to the development and review of technical specifications and support documentation processes.
• Analyze system or process failures and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, safety, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Proven experience in safety and reliability engineering across complex systems or facilities.
• Strong expertise in safety methodologies such as FMEA, RCM, or similar frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communicator with experience working in interdisciplinary environments.
• Proficient in both German and English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with standard industry tools and software for reliability and risk analysis.
