In dieser Rolle leiten Sie das Einkaufsteam, verwalten Ausschreibungen und Verträge, sowie die SAP-Administration. Erforderlich sind mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf, ein Bachelor-Abschluss sowie ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. Ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit bis zu 20 % Homeoffice wird geboten.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf und Beschaffungsmanagement, idealerweise in einer Führungsrolle.
• Erfahrung in Forschungseinrichtungen wünschenswert.
• Gutes Wissen über Budget-, Beschaffungs- und Außenhandelrecht.
• Kenntnisse über Zollvorschriften und Zollverwaltungsrecht.

Overview

Location: Bonn, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. We are seeking qualified professionals for the following positions on a temporary-to-permanent basis at Unique Life Science:

• Position 1 (Priority): Sachgebietsleitung Einkauf (m/w/d)
• Position 2 (Alternative): Sachbearbeitung Einkauf (m/w/d)

Staffing: 1 position for each role. Working time: Full-time, 39 hours/week. Working model: up to 20% home office possible. Remuneration: Position 1 up to TVöD Bund EG 11; Position 2 up to TVöD Bund EG 9b. Start: short term. Duration: temporary with possibility of transfer. Team leadership: professional and disciplinary lead for the developing team.

Responsibilities

• Sachgebietsleitung Einkauf – Lead and develop the purchasing team including goods intake
• Beschaffungsmanagement – Goods and services procurement in compliance with applicable regulations (UVgO, VgV, VOL, VOB, GWB, HGB)
• Ausschreibungen – Conduct national and EU-wide procurement procedures including construction tenders
• Vertragsmanagement – Issue, manage and negotiate contracts for works, services, and maintenance
• SAP-Administration – System support for E-Procurement and process optimization
• Externe Vertretung – Point of contact for suppliers, contractors and service providers
• Sonderprojekte – Large equipment requests, customs processing, insurance and complaint management

Responsibilities (Sachbearbeitung Einkauf)

• Systemadministration E-Procurement (SAP)
• Beschaffung – Procurement of goods/services in compliance with regulations (UVgO, VgV, VOL, VOB, GWB, HGB)
• Wartungs- und Dienstleistungsverträge – Processing and administration
• E-Rechnung – Point of contact for electronic invoicing

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in business administration, economics or equivalent
• Multiple years of experience in purchasing and procurement management, ideally in a leadership role
• Experience in research institutions is desirable
• Strong knowledge of budget, procurement and external trade law
• Knowledge of customs regulation and customs administration law
• Experience with SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office
• Leadership experience and strong teamwork
• Strong communication, negotiation skills and analytical thinking
• Very good German and English at written and spoken level
