Your day at NTT DATA

As part of the Support and Managed Services division, the main responsibility of the Service Renewal Specialist is to ensure support for Service Renewals and the lifecycle of services for assigned clients. The Service Renewal Specialist supports stakeholder management and accompanies activities with clients to secure service renewal and customer retention. Clients are assigned specifically to this role, which involves collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting sales and clients in preparing offers for contract renewals and executing these processes
• Validating, providing, and revising asset lists for clients, sales, and renewal managers
• Assisting in the validation of lifecycle data
• Ensuring quality assurance measures to reduce internal processing times
• Extensive use of Excel and relevant internal and external tools
• Preliminary review of renewal requests for completeness and data quality
• Coordinating closely with internal departments (Sales, Services, Operations, Procurement) and client departments
• Supporting work with manufacturer programs
• Contributing to the development of existing processes, tools, and methodologies

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to collaborate with various teams
• Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong understanding of numbers, complex data sets, and economic contexts
• Structured approach with meticulous and precise work habits, and punctuality
• Proficient in MS Excel, SAP, and other tools like Salesforce.com is advantageous
• Fluent in German and good command of English, both spoken and written
