Job Description:

We are seeking a professional to manage and document product quality in our steel processing company. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining quality certificates, compiling technical documentation for clients and internal use, documenting test results and material data, and acting as a liaison between manufacturing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have a technical or commercial background, experience in quality documentation, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. Knowledge of QS software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain acceptance test certificates according to DIN EN 10204
• Compile comprehensive technical product documentation
• Document test results, material properties, and manufacturing parameters systematically
• Use specialized software for quality documentation and serve as a key interface between production and quality assurance
• Ensure consistent and traceable product documentation throughout the product lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Technical or commercial qualification (e.g., industrial mechanic, technical draftsman, industrial clerk) or equivalent
• Experience in quality assurance, especially in technical or production documentation
• Experience with acceptance test certificates, technical drawings, and material certificates
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; knowledge of QS software is advantageous
• Meticulous, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork in a technical environment
• Ability to work independently, organize effectively, and perform under pressure
