Responsibilities – diverse and challenging:

• Creating offers and supporting the field sales team
• Supporting the field sales team in daily business
• Handling orders and processing transactions
• Customer care and maintenance via phone and written communication
• Handling customer inquiries about our smart security solutions
• Acting as interface between different departments
• Maintaining our customer databases/CRM system

Qualifications – motivated and qualified:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in inside sales and customer care is desirable
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Enjoyment in making calls and customer conversations
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
