EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE ADMINISTRATOR (M/F/X)

Your tasks as Employee Experience Administrator

  • Supporting the Product Owner for the Global Career & Learning Platform “Career Marketplace” (CMP) in the implementation of “Journeys” in the DHL Group
  • Technical support in the creation of enablement and training measures to improve the use of Career Marketplace
  • Preparation of presentations on the progress of the CMP for divisional stakeholders in regular meetings
  • Supporting the implementation of feedback measures in CMP and their evaluation to improve the platform based on users' needs and expectations
  • Supporting the design of a fluid user journey between Smart Connect and CMP and its implementation in Smart Connect
  • Creation of communication materials in the context of the CMP, e.g. PPT user guides and how-to videos
  • Close collaboration with colleagues from other functions, such as IT, ITDS and communication

Your profile

Functional Requirements:

  • Very good MS Office/O365 knowledge, especially PowerPoint and Teams
  • Experience and knowledge in the field of mobile/digital apps and journey design
  • Proven experience in the specialist areas of user experience design and development/learning
  • Professional experience as a Comms, HR or marketing expert or comparable
  • Good understanding of IT technical requirements, APIs and business process modeling
  • First choice expertise desirable (e.g. process improvement, performance management)
  • Very good project management, presentation and moderation skills
  • Foreign language skills (business fluent in English)
  • Image and video design (e.g. Adobe Suite, iMovie, Camtasia, Figma) as well as PowerBI and SharePoint knowledge desirable
