Key Responsibilities

  • Own the top of the funnel : identify, research, and contact new leads across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Craft engaging messaging and outreach strategies to grab attention and get meetings booked.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to target the right customers and build high-quality sales pipelines.
  • Dive deep into market research to identify relevant companies, personas, and use cases.
  • Track, measure, and optimise your outreach efforts – using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Become an expert on the product, the market, and the problems you’re helping to solve.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (essential) and Master's degree (preferred).
  • You’ve completed at least one meaningful internship (bonus points if it involved business, sales, or customer interaction).
  • You speak and write fluent German.
  • You’re confident, curious, and not afraid of rejection - you like talking to people.
  • You’re analytical, coachable, and always looking for ways to improve.
  • You're based in either Munich or Berlin and open to hybrid work.
