We are looking to hire ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups.

We are serial entrepreneurs, such as Paul Mller (founder of Adjust with a 1.2B exit) and Petter Måløv (founder of SumUp with an 8B valuation), who are eager to support outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs in building 1B companies.

  1. A salary while you build your startup, as you will be directly employed by us. Alternatively, you can opt for up to 500k in funding.

Tasks:

  1. You will build and run your own startup in fields such as SaaS.
  2. You will embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customized program to enhance your goal, time, and energy management.
  3. You will receive hiring support through our network of over 50,000 professionals, along with advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
  4. You will receive coaching to make your startup investible, i.e., ready to raise millions in funding.
  5. You will iterate your product with us until reaching product-market fit and receive support in building a sales force or marketing empire.

Requirements:

  1. Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocating.
  2. Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to 100M in revenues.
  3. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
