What you will accomplish:

  • Own the scheduling process for all recurring visits, including scheduling, confirming the appointment and ensuring successful video connection to the Provider.
  • Handle cancellations and resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur
  • Troubleshooting tech issues pertaining to members’ video calls
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times
  • Document all interactions with the member and family within our proprietary system and our EHR
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned
  • Data entry within operating dashboards, reporting and workflow platforms
  • Ensure Data Quality and Accuracy
  • Make an average minimum of 80-100 calls per day
  • We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual who has:
  • Fluency English and Russian (required)
  • 1+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting (required)
  • 1+ years experience helping to coordinate care and services for members of a fragile population (required)
  • Experience with high volume outbound and incoming calls. (required)
  • Knowledge and understanding of chronic care management processes (required)
  • A customer service mindset for both internal and external customers (required)
  • Experience with documenting in electronic medical records (required)
  • A love for the elderly and ensuring they remain healthy at home
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to perform duties as assigned or requested
  • A quiet, private work environment to make calls to members uninterrupted.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

The pay for this position will be $20.00 per hour.The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
