Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Define program objectives aligned with organizational goals and develop long-term roadmaps.
• Program Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of programs—from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective communication.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.
• Process Improvement: Use methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to optimize workflows.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and deliverables to assess progress and impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 7–10 years in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a program leadership role.
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are desirable.
