Reporting to the Director of Solution Delivery, you will turn client needs and strategic objectives into immersive XR experiences that deliver measurable value and lasting impact—ensuring that innovation directly supports our clients’ scientific and business goals.

In this role, you are the central link between world‑class life‑science organizations and our multidisciplinary development teams. You will coordinate and guide those teams day‑to‑day, driving alignment, setting clear priorities, and maintaining rigorous execution standards while anticipating and mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in customer‑facing software project management, with a proven record of delivering complex projects for enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead performance‑driven, cross‑functional, international teams while setting a strong professional example.
• Deep knowledge of industry standards, tools, methodologies, and best practices in software project management, combined with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong problem‑solving skills under pressure.
• Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry, or hands‑on experience with VR/XR/MR technologies is a plus.
