Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking a Router/Dispatcher to plan and coordinate daily and weekly bus routes, dispatch buses, and communicate with drivers to resolve issues. The role collaborates with operations, maintenance, and customer service to meet service commitments and optimize routing efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of dispatching or routing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with routing software.

Position: Router / Dispatcher

Position Summary:

The role of Router / Dispatcher is responsible for planning, coordinating, and dispatching bus routes to ensure efficient and timely service. This includes developing route schedules, monitoring real-time operations, and communicating with drivers to resolve issues. The Router / Dispatcher collaborates with operations, maintenance, and customer service teams to meet service commitments and optimize routing efficiency.
