Job summary

Southwest Coaches is seeking a dedicated School Bus Driver to transport passengers along designated routes while delivering friendly, safe service. Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, assisting riders including children and individuals with disabilities, and maintaining accurate route records.

Required is a valid driver’s license with a clean record; English communication is essential, with multilingual ability a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in school bus driving preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical understanding for pre-trip inspections.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records.
• Previous childcare or working with children is an advantage.

Responsibilities
