Wonderful long-term position for a highly qualified and experienced nanny/maternity nanny who holds a valid EU passport.

Position Details

This is a very wonderful, kind, and caring family located near Munich, close to a popular lake and not far from the mountains. They are seeking a skilled maternity nanny to work a 14 days on/off rota schedule. Shifts are daytime only, from 7am to 7pm, lasting 12 hours.

Family and Routine

The baby is in a good routine, and the family prefers candidates who are willing to maintain this structured routine, which follows the Gina Ford method.

Candidate Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a maternity nurse/nanny, including long-term positions.
• Qualifications in baby care and Montessori or similar preferred.
• Experience working with babies and in high-profile, multi-staffed families.
• Fluent in English, French, or Spanish at a native level, with grammatically correct speech and preferably without an accent.
• EU passport is required.
• Experience with travel and flexibility to spend time at family homes in Munich and Mallorca, and possibly other destinations.
• Verifiable recent references for baby/maternity nanny roles.
• Up-to-date criminal background check.
• Ability to lift and carry a growing baby and take the baby out in a stroller; fit and healthy.
• Non-smoking and non-vaping environment.

Additional Requirements

• Driving license preferred but not essential.
• Start date between April and June, with interviews to commence ASAP.
• Accommodation is provided near the family home during work periods; candidates are expected to return home during their two weeks off.
• Discretion and experience working in VIP or high-profile families are essential.

Family Details

The family has a small dog and homes in Munich and Mallorca. The role involves time at both locations and potential travel.
