PLAZA Premium Parkhotel Neu‑Ulm sucht eine,n erfahrene,n Rooms Division Manager (m/f/d) zur operativen und organisatorischen Leitung der Front Office-, Housekeeping- und Technik-Abteilungen. Sie optimieren Abläufe, coachen das Team und sorgen für eine reibungslose Gästebetreuung.

Sie bringen einschlägige Hotel­erfahrung, exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie hohe Organisationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Hotellerie.

Aufgaben

• Administratives und operatives Management der Front Office-, Housekeeping- und Technik-Abteilungen.
• Planung von Schichten und Personal.
• Mitarbeiterführung, Motivation und Leistungsbeurteilung.
• Qualitätsmanagement und Beschwerdemanagement.
• Wilkommen und Betreuung der Gäste sowie Sicherstellung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP).
• Bestellwesen und Materialbedarf prüfen; Angebote bewerten.
