Responsibilities

1. Carrying out cleaning in hotel rooms and suites.
2. Performing empty room checks.
3. Handling lost property properly.
4. Organizing the floor office and adhering to hygiene regulations.
5. Maintaining work materials such as trolleys and laundry carts.
6. Assisting with laundry tasks when required.
7. Looking after public guest areas, staff, and administrative spaces.
8. Conveying the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.

Qualifications

1. Experience in building cleaning and caring for high-quality facilities and textiles.
2. Sincere guest and service orientation.
3. Positive charisma and enthusiasm to share with guests and colleagues.
