Job Description

The Rollout Manager in our LUCA Transformation project plays a key role in ensuring the project's success by managing its complexities and aligning with strategic goals. This role involves close collaboration with the LUCA project team and country representatives to deliver business value through technical and business requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the S / 4HANA Finance rollout in designated countries, ensuring adoption of standardized processes with local adaptations.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle aligned with business priorities.
• Engage senior stakeholders to secure resources and sponsorship.
• Collaborate with local and central teams across functional and technical streams.
• Identify and address local process gaps, ensuring accurate system configuration with documented RICEFW.
• Monitor and mitigate risks affecting scope, timeline, or operations.
• Support SAP learning journeys for Finance, Accounting, and ARIBA to build capabilities.
• Supervise technical roles to ensure quality and architectural alignment.
• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate transformation and adoption.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP Finance and project leadership.
• Proven leadership in S / 4HANA transformation projects for more than 5 years.
• Experience working with diverse, multinational teams.
• Deep expertise in S / 4HANA Financials and core processes.
• Degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• SAP certifications in S / 4HANA Finance and Financial Accounting are advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive presentations and socialize business cases.
