The Rollout Manager, as part of the LUCA Transformation project team, plays a pivotal role in managing activities to ensure project success by handling complexities and aligning with strategic transformation goals. This role involves close collaboration with the LUCA project team and country representatives to drive the transformation, meeting business and technical requirements and delivering substantial value.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the S/4HANA Finance rollout in specific countries, ensuring successful adoption of standardized processes with local adaptations.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle in line with business priorities and strategic goals.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and partners to align resources and secure sponsorship.
  • Collaborate with local and central project teams across relevant functional and technical streams.
  • Identify and address local process gaps, ensuring accurate system configuration with documented RICEFW.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks affecting the business case, scope, timeline, or operations.
  • Support SAP learning journeys for Finance, Accounting, and ARIBA to build local capabilities.
  • Oversee key technical roles to ensure quality, integration, and architectural alignment.
  • Lead local program and change management initiatives to drive effective transformation and adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance and project leadership.
  • Proven leadership in S/4HANA transformation projects for over 5 years.
  • Experience working with diverse, multinational teams.
  • Deep expertise in S/4HANA Financials and core business processes.
  • Degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
  • SAP certifications in S/4HANA Finance and Financial Accounting are advantageous.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to prepare and socialize business cases and presentations for stakeholders.
