Project One is creating new ways of working within the whole Intersnack group by harmonising business processes, supported by a common IT solution stack. Currently, a team of over 20 nationalities and 100+ colleagues work together to achieve this goal.

The position holder is responsible for driving the application of Intersnack’s ONE template—comprising business processes and the Infor-based IT solution—across all countries and organizations within the Intersnack Group.

The Project One Roll-out Manager for Enterprise Asset Management leads the implementation of the template within the local organization, supporting local teams in Asset, Spare Parts, and Maintenance Management to meet Go-Live targets. They act as an ambassador of the headquarters-based roll-out organization and facilitate change management between country-specific teams and Group Process Owners.

This role focuses on Spare Parts and Machine Maintenance, with direct links to Engineering, Plan to Inventory, Source to Pay, and Finance. The manager supports local teams in implementing new harmonized processes and identifying necessary adjustments to the template.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and deliver EAM implementation across the Intersnack Group.
  2. Drive the ONE template rollout according to the overall plan, ensuring successful transition to new ways of working.
  3. Support local implementation teams in realizing the template standards and harmonization activities.
  4. Assist local teams in transitioning to new organizational setups, including roles and responsibilities.
  5. Ensure timely go-live within scope and budget.
  6. Promote strategic EAM aspects of the ONE template to prevent deviations from process or system standards.
  7. Identify and resolve local issues promptly to ensure smooth transitions.
  8. Create functional specifications from a business perspective to address gaps in the application of the template.
  9. Enable local resources to support the implementation and support Business as Usual operations.
  10. Guide local experts and IT specialists to embed policies for IT governance and support BAU.
  11. Document all work according to project standards using tools like JIRA and SharePoint.
Scope of Authorization

The position holder defines, applies, and improves the realization approach aligned with program guidelines and Group Process Owners to meet program targets.

Qualifications
  • University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Experience
  • 8-12 years in Planning, IT, or Consulting, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
Certifications
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are desirable.
Soft Skills
  • Experience in international template rollout projects for EAM topics.
  • Understanding of Machine Maintenance Strategy, Spare Parts processes, and manufacturing dependencies.
  • Experience with business transformation and change management.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing project teams.
Hard Skills
  • Experience implementing EAM systems (preferably Infor EAM or Hexagon).
  • Proven ability to write Functional Specifications.
  • Experience in software testing.
  • Consulting-like behavior to influence without hierarchical authority.
  • Proven change management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Additional Information
  • Primary contacts include Rollout Lead, Group Process Owner, Project Manager, and local country representatives.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week.
