Project One is creating new ways of working within the whole Intersnack group by harmonising business processes supported by a common IT solution stack. Currently, a team of over 20 nationalities and 100+ colleagues work towards this goal.
The position holder is responsible for applying Intersnack’s ONE template—comprising business processes and the supporting Infor-based IT solution—across all countries and organisations within the Intersnack Group.
The Project One Roll-out Manager Source to Pay, part of a team of Roll-out Managers, leads the implementation of the template within local organisations and supports local teams to meet Go-Live dates. They act as an ambassador of the headquarters roll-out organisation and facilitate communication between country-specific teams and Group Process Owners.
This role focuses on purchasing for direct and indirect materials, including contract management, and maintains links with Accounts Payables. The manager supports local teams in implementing harmonized processes and identifying necessary adjustments to the template.
Define, apply, and improve realization approaches aligned with program guidelines and Group Process Owners to meet program targets.

University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Approximately 5 to 8 years in IT or (in-house) Consulting; FMCG experience is a plus.
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are desirable.
Internal: Rollout Lead, Group Process Owner, Group Solution Owner, Project Manager, PMO, local country representatives.
External: ERP implementation consultants.
Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week.
