Project One is creating new ways of working within the whole Intersnack group by harmonising business processes supported by a common IT solution stack. Currently, a team of over 20 nationalities and 100+ colleagues work towards this goal.

The position holder is responsible for applying Intersnack’s ONE template—comprising business processes and the supporting Infor-based IT solution—across all countries and organisations within the Intersnack Group.

The Project One Roll-out Manager Source to Pay, part of a team of Roll-out Managers, leads the implementation of the template within local organisations and supports local teams to meet Go-Live dates. They act as an ambassador of the headquarters roll-out organisation and facilitate communication between country-specific teams and Group Process Owners.

This role focuses on purchasing for direct and indirect materials, including contract management, and maintains links with Accounts Payables. The manager supports local teams in implementing harmonized processes and identifying necessary adjustments to the template.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver the implementation of the Source to Pay area across the Intersnack Group.
  • Drive the ONE template implementation according to the overall roll-out plan, ensuring smooth transition to defined ways of working.
  • Support local teams in implementing the ONE template, applying standards and facilitating change.
  • Assist and enable local teams during transition, including new roles and organizational setup in purchasing.
  • Ensure timely go-lives while maintaining scope and budget.
  • Promote and defend the strategic and operational purchasing aspects of the ONE template to prevent deviations.
  • Identify and resolve local issues swiftly to ensure smooth transition to live environment.
  • Develop Functional Specifications from a business perspective to address gaps and find solutions.
  • Support the development of local resources to sustain the implementation.
  • Guide local experts and IT specialists to establish Business as Usual (BAU) operations, embedding policies for IT governance.
  • Document work according to project standards and utilize tools like JIRA and SharePoint for monitoring and management.
Scope of Authorization

Define, apply, and improve realization approaches aligned with program guidelines and Group Process Owners to meet program targets.

Education

University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Approximately 5 to 8 years in IT or (in-house) Consulting; FMCG experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are desirable.

Skills (Soft Measures)
  • Experience in international template build and rollout projects, especially in quality topics.
  • Leadership of project teams with internal and external resources.
  • Understanding of quality processes like Food safety and consumer complaints.
  • Experience with business transformation and change management.
  • Ability to work in multi-country organizations, preferably in Food or FMCG industries.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, with strong facilitation and communication skills.
Skills (Hard Measures)
  • Experience in implementing business processes in quality-related areas.
  • Proven ability to write Functional Specifications.
  • Experience with software testing and module implementation.
  • Consulting behavior to influence colleagues without hierarchical authority.
  • Experience managing organizational change.
  • Training skills, proficiency in MS Office, fluency in English; other languages a plus.
