Job Description
Hello, I'm Larissa, Head of Concepts at Rostudios. This role is an instructor for the ROFORM program, a Pilates‑inspired group class using custom‑made reformer machines. You will teach 50‑minute sessions, creating an energetic, supportive environment for participants.
Training Programme
The ROFORM training program has 8 stages, split into two parts:
- Part One: Online modules – At least 20 hours of self‑paced learning, to be completed before practical training.
- Part Two: In‑person training – 4 weeks of group and individual coaching, scheduled in weekday morning/afternoon blocks (08:00‑18:00). Progress may vary by experience; typical duration 2–5 weeks.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of the Roform Training Programme.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology; Pilates experience preferred.
- Flexible schedule, available during standard business hours, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to teach 6‑9 classes per week, usually in two‑four class blocks, three to four times a week.
- No extended vacation (over 1 week) during training and within 3 months after completion.
- Commitment to the city of application from the audition date.
Role Expectations
- Lead energetic Roform classes that foster a safe and motivating experience.
- Build strong rapport with clients and studio staff, reflecting the brand positively.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork throughout.
- Maintain hospitality and inclusiveness with every interaction.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
