Job Description

We are looking for instructors to join our studio team. As an instructor, you will teach both Rocycle and Roform classes and help create an inclusive and energetic environment.

Rocycle Training Programme

Each instructor undergoes a 2–4 week training program. The program includes online learning modules completed at own pace from home, in‑studio training sessions 2–4 times a week focusing on riding, performing, and workshop sessions, and a final Community Ride to determine successful completion.

Your Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Rocycle training programme.


• Flexible schedule; availability to work outside standard business hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Teach a minimum of 6–8 classes per week, scheduled in two class blocks three to four days a week on a fixed schedule.


• No vacation longer than 1 week during training and for 3 months following training completion.


• Resident of the city for which you are applying from the moment of auditions.


• Submitted availability must be adhered to for at least four months.

• Cultivate and maintain strong connections with riders and team members, representing the brand positively.
