A leading player in the robotics and intelligent systems space is looking for a ROS Engineer to join their multidisciplinary engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of robotic innovation, developing intelligent systems that push the boundaries of human-machine interaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable ROS based software architectures
  • Develop and optimize communication layers, middleware, and distributed components for robotic systems
  • Collaborate with teams across AI, control systems, and perception to integrate subsystems into unified platforms
  • Perform debugging, profiling, and optimization of real-time robotic applications
  • Participate in system-level design discussions, code reviews, and documentation efforts
  • Contribute to building reliable, high-performance software for use in production-grade robotics

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with ROS , including architecture, tools, and best practices
  • Proficient in C++ (ideally modern C++ standards) and scripting with Python
  • Solid understanding of real-time systems, multi-threading, and communication protocols (e.g., DDS)
  • Experience in system integration, hardware / software interfacing, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with robotic platforms (e.g., manipulators, AMRs, sensors)
  • Experience with simulation tools like Gazebo, Ignition, or similar
  • Exposure to DevOps workflows, containerization (e.g., Docker), or CI / CD pipelines
