Robotics Product Manager

We are looking for a Robotics Product Manager to lead the development and success of cutting-edge technologies. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of robotics, software, and AI—guiding the full product lifecycle from concept to market launch.

You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and maintain close communication with customers to ensure our products deliver real impact. Your focus will be on innovation, market alignment, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire product lifecycle , from ideation through launch and iteration
• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to set priorities and milestones
• Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies to maximize product adoption and visibility
• Analyze market trends , customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform product direction
• Monitor product success using KPIs and iterate based on customer feedback and performance
• Oversee product positioning, pricing, and profitability

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in product management , particularly in robotics , mechatronics , or related technology fields
• Strong understanding of product development cycles and market dynamics
• A passion for robotics , innovation, and building technology that has real-world impact
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
• Solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration
• Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally as required
