Neura Robotics in Germany seeks a software engineer to develop and implement controllers for industrial and collaborative robots. You will create real-time control algorithms and hardware-aware software, taking ownership of projects from prototyping to final system realization.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in robotics control software, strong C/C++ skills, and experience with EtherCAT, real-time Ubuntu kernels, and robotics frameworks like OpenDDS, OROCOS, or ROS.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in robotics control software.
• Profound knowledge in serial kinematics and in both low and high level control algorithms.
• Proficient in C/C++.
• Knowledge in EtherCAT and hard real time Ubuntu kernels.
• Experience in multi-threaded programming.
• Knowledge in Robotic Frameworks like OpenDDS, OROCOS and/or ROS.
• Experience in large software development projects.
• Methodical thinking for complex problems.
• Strong command of English; German language skills are a plus.
