ABOUT THIS POSITION

YOUR TASKS

• Work at the frontline with our customers and the product engineering team to ensure successful (remote) deployment of robots and our software solutions, potentially at customer facilities.
• Handle issues promptly by following up with the product team and actively communicate the status with customers.
• Participate in meetings with our partners and the partnership team to ensure better alignment and efficient processes.
• Document and track incidents to maintain high-quality standards, and develop internal and external guidelines and tutorials.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to improve products and processes.
• Assist sales with demos of our solutions at test sites and customer locations.
• Follow up with management and colleagues on key issues to support ongoing success.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of support experience in the technology industry.
• Experience with hardware/software development lifecycle, Linux command line, and related tools.
• Experience in the robotics industry.
• Familiarity with ROS and Docker.
• Proficiency in Python and C++.
• Experience analyzing Linux log files (journald, syslog).
• Strong technical background.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, self-structured, and proactive.
• Ability to present technical information clearly (e.g., slides, documentation).

HELPFUL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with Arduino and Grafana.
