About The Role

We are looking for a Roblox Programmer to join our team and bring our game concepts to life. In this role, you will work closely with our production and design teams to develop, optimize, and maintain our Original Roblox games.

Responsibilities

• Implement game functionality using Lua and Roblox Studio, ensuring smooth and engaging gameplay.
• Work closely with our Tech Lead and Head of Production to bring game concepts to life.
• Develop and optimize one single large game, focusing on performance, scalability, and player experience.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to integrate assets and mechanics seamlessly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth gameplay across all devices.
• Assist in post-launch updates, live operations, and gameplay improvements based on analytics and player feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Roblox development and Lua programming.
• Proven experience contributing to successful Roblox games with high-quality scripting.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, UI scripting, and optimization techniques on Roblox.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required
• Fully remote – Our team is primarily based in Europe and the United States, so time zone differences will be taken into account for smoother collaboration.
