Responsibilities

• Implementing the Rheinmetall risk management process for the Tactical Vehicles business unit.
• Identifying projects and developing risk mitigation measures in collaboration with project teams and departments.
• Serving as a point of contact for auditors, risk process managers, and central departments.
• Liaising between headquarters and operational units on risk management issues.
• Organizing and conducting training courses and workshops.

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in project controlling.
• Desirable: Further training as a certified risk manager.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Business fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, teamwork, and independent working skills.

The position is initially limited to two years.
