Your Mission

We are looking for a Risk & Internal Control Specialist who will strengthen our general risk management framework, operational risk oversight, and internal control framework. In this role, you will help us identify, assess, and mitigate risks across our processes while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. You will contribute to building smart, automated, and scalable solutions that reduce operational exposure and increase organisational resilience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, is curious about how systems and processes fit together, and is eager to grow into a more senior risk or governance role over time.

Your mission is to support the development and execution of our risk management framework. You will help ensure that operational processes remain controlled, efficient, and compliant with regulatory expectations. You will actively work with teams across the company to understand workflows, spot gaps, and translate risk findings into actionable improvements — including drafting business or technical requirements where needed. Your contribution will help make our organisation more robust, more automated, and better prepared for future growth.

You Will

• Support the identification, assessment, and documentation, especially of non‑financial and operational risks, including ICT, third‑party and business continuity risks.

• Assist in running risk assessments, control testing, and issue remediation tracking

• Maintain and improve our internal control framework and operational procedures

• Draft clear business and technical requirements for process improvements or automation

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to design pragmatic, efficient, and tech‑enabled solutions

• Help monitor regulatory expectations and ensure internal processes align with them

• Contribute to third‑party assessments, incident analysis, root‑cause identification, and corrective action plans

• Participate in enhancing tooling and automations to improve risk transparency and reduce manual work

You will be successful in this role if:
