As a Risk Management Expert (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include the alignment and optimization of our global operational and strategic enterprise risk management approach to ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., §1 StaRuG). You will work with your lead to select and implement a suitable risk management tool globally, guide and train regional and local stakeholders to identify, document, and manage risks, and establish comprehensive risk reporting for management.

Responsibilities :

1. Rework, align, and optimize current risk management approaches within TecAlliance.
2. Identify, monitor, control, and mitigate corporate risks.
3. Support the team lead in selecting, implementing, and rolling out a suitable risk management / GRC software globally.
4. Define risk management parameters with management for analyzing and categorizing risks (e.g., thresholds, risk capacities, coverage).
5. Create risk analyses and scenarios for ad hoc requests or projects, such as new business or M&A opportunities, with subsequent recommendations to management.
6. Assist in designing and implementing new guidelines and procedures related to risk management, including explanatory documentation.
7. Own risk management education and consultancy for risk owners and responsible persons.
8. Establish regular and comprehensive risk management reporting.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field focusing on finance, controlling, auditing, or accounting; Master’s degree is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of professional experience in internal control, risk management, auditing, or process analysis and optimization.
3. Solid knowledge of risk management and GRC software, including risk assessment and aggregation.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and understanding of business processes.
5. Independent, structured, detail-oriented, goal-focused, and well-organized working style.
6. Effective team player with strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and a solution-oriented mindset.
7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
8. Business fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher).
9. Willingness to travel occasionally.
