A leading company in sustainable lithium production is seeking a Rig Manager to lead the technical department for drilling rigs. The role includes managing personnel, optimizing operations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate has significant experience in the drilling sector, speaks German and English, and is motivated to contribute to a CO2-neutral future.

Then join us and strengthen our team as a Rig Manager (m/f/d). You will take on a decisive role as head of our technical department ‘drilling rigs’.
Hard skills:
- Electrotechnical training as an engineer and several years of professional experience on deep drilling or heavy
workover rigs in oil and gas exploration, geothermal energy or underground storage onshore / offshore
- Alternatively: electrical engineering training as a technician/master craftsman combined with many years of
professional experience
- German, English language skills
- Driving licence class B

- High HSE competence
- Fitness for working at heights (desirable)
