RF Systems Engineer – Join the Team Powering the Next Generation of Space Avionics

Are you passionate about wireless communications, avionics, and the hardware that keeps rockets connected and on course? This is your chance to take full ownership of RF subsystems for one of Europe’s most exciting launch vehicle programs.

We're supporting a fast-scaling launch provider in their search for an RF Systems Engineer to join their Avionics and Guidance, Navigation & Control (AGNC) team. You’ll lead the design, qualification, and testing of mission-critical components – from GNSS receivers and transmitters to antennas – while contributing to system-wide innovation and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and test RF units and subsystems from UHF up to X-band
• Own qualification campaigns, define requirements, and automate test setups
• Support system checkouts and environmental testing for full-stage avionics systems
• Collaborate across disciplines and contribute to iterative hardware development

What We’re Looking For:

• BSc/MSc in Electrical, Electronics, or Communications Engineering
• Strong understanding of RF systems and principles (especially in aerospace contexts)
• Experience designing and testing RF circuits (active and passive)
• Knowledge of analog/digital electronics and automated test systems
• Comfort working hands-on with avionics in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
