Leonardo Hotels is seeking a Revenue Assistant to collaborate with local revenue teams, analyze monthly hotel-chain reports and market data, and support channel connections and XML interfaces with PMS systems. The role emphasizes revenue optimization and collaboration across departments.

The ideal candidate has hotel-revenue experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English (German a plus). This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid work options in Berlin, offering

Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship as hotel specialist or studies in hotel management or tourism with first experience in revenue
• Experience in yield & revenue management or in online travel agency account management
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with local revenue teams to support daily business
• Prepare, audit and analyze consolidated monthly reports for the hotel chain
• Prepare and evaluate market and competitor data using benchmarking tools
• Support XML team on new channel connections and rollouts
• Maintain XML interfaces between PMS and external systems
• Help ensure optimal use of electronic distribution channels
• Analyze revenue optimization and future trends
• Assist in preparation for opening/takeover of new hotels

Your Main Duties

• Building successful relationships with our local revenue teams to support them in the daily business
• Preparation, audit and analysis of consolidated monthly reports for the hotel chain
• Preparation and evaluation of market and competitor data with Benchmarking tools
• Support of the XML team on new channel connections and roll outs
• Maintenance of XML interfaces between our PMS (Property Management System) and external systems
• Support to assure the ideal usage of electronic distribution channels
• Analysis of revenue optimization and future trends
• Assisting in the preparation for the opening / takeover of new hotels

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Successfully completed an apprenticeship as hotel specialist or completed studies in hotel management or tourism with first experience in revenue
• Working experience in yield & revenue management and/or at a hotel reservation department as a reservation agent or as a front office agent / receptionist (d/f/m)
• Alternatively, experience in account management for online travel agency or similar
• Open-minded and communicative personality
• Analytical and conceptual working method
• High sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Confidence in using MS-Office applications
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
