We are looking for motivated employees to support our team at our Branch in Gaertringen at the department of the High Tech Solution Center.

Your Role

As Revenue and Administration Specialist, you have a crucial role in our success and our Key Customers' satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct billing.

Your Responsibilities
  • Working with an international team internally as well as externally
  • Domestic and International Freight invoicing / AIR and SEA to Global Customers
  • Ensures compliance to rate tariff and customer billing profile
  • Ensure timely billing as per KPI’s
  • Assists with audit in advance of final invoicing
  • Controlling of internal billing (Export Main Office / Import Main Office)
  • Preparing freight calculations
  • Support other Kuehne+Nagel branches on billing matters
  • Close contact with High Tech Solution Center commercial team regarding freight Tariffs/Spots
  • Financial / Liability Reports
Your Skills and Experiences
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and accurate with numbers
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Able to read quotations
  • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • High commitment, high motivation, ability to work in a team, flexibility, good self-organization, and an open-minded approach to new challenges
