We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Returns Coordinator to join our Force Sensors team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
• Coordinate the end-to-end RMA process, from customer request to final resolution.
• Enter and manage RMA information in the ERP system (QAD) , ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Ensure returned products are correctly processed through the system.
• Liaise with Logistics department, Customer Service and Manufacturing to make sure that the RMA is processes in due time.
• Periodically visit the warehouse to perform quality inspections on products.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in RMA coordination, logistics, or customer service (experience in logistics processes is an advantage).
• Familiar with ERP system
• Knowledge of MS Office tools , basic metrological /electrical inspection knowledge
• Technical approach
• Good and timely communication
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
