Job Title: Retrofit Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Retrofit Coordinator to lead our cross-functional team. The Retrofit Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of changes and coordinating efforts among various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Cross Functional Team to ensure that all changes are executed on time.
2. Collaborate with production and PrOM/COO to ensure that the retrofit planning is adhered to or adjusted as necessary.
3. Coordinate with PrQSM/Supplier Quality to facilitate changes to be executed by the Participating Units or Suppliers.
4. Report on the execution of changes at CCB-I.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
2. Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
3. Familiarity with industrialization processes and methods.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
