A human rights NGO is seeking a retired Public Law Solicitor to provide guidance and supervision to the Legal Support department. The role involves meeting weekly with Legal Assistants to advise them as they assist clients in Public Law cases. Qualified Solicitors with over 2 years PQE in UK Public Law are encouraged to apply. This is a remote position requiring attendance at weekly appointments.

ROMILDAMOR Foundation is a Human Rights NGO that supports Survivors of Human Trafficking and Gender Based Violence with legal and holistic assistance to facilitate their safe reintegration into society. Our mission is to demonstrate Love in Action by transforming exploited survivors into empowered women.
We are seeking a retired Public Law Solicitor to provide guidance and supervision to the Legal Support department.
Role Description
The Legal Support department assists Survivors of Human Trafficking and GBV in sourcing external legal representatives.
Supervisory Lawyers will meet weekly with Legal Assistants to provide guidance and advice as they source representation and assist clients in preparing their Public Law cases.
Role Duration
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Initially 12 months, with the possibility of extension upon review.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with over 2 years PQE experience in UK Public Law management and legal advisory roles.
The volunteers are required to attend weekly clinic appointments remotely on Wednesdays at 6pm.
