What are we expecting from you?
The Training Manager is part of the Germany Retail Team, reporting directly to the Retail Director, in coordination with the regional Training Manager. They are responsible for defining and implementing the training strategy and action plans for training activities, nurturing a learning culture aligned with the Maison's values.
This role's responsibility is to empower local teams to support and grow performance, improve customer experience, and communicate the values and culture of the Maison.
The Training Manager will implement and maintain the training strategy in the German market, developed by Van Cleef & Arpels International and supported by the Europe region, aiming to nurture excellence throughout German boutiques and support business performance.
Key responsibilities include defining a local training strategy and plan for Germany stores, delivering high-impact training, implementing coaching plans, and encouraging learning.
You will also act as a business partner to local teams, monitoring performance and skills, and identifying training needs.
