What are we expecting from you?

The Training Manager is part of the Germany Retail Team, reporting directly to the Retail Director, and coordinating with the regional Training Manager. They are responsible for defining and implementing the training strategy and action plans, fostering a learning culture aligned with the Maison's values.

This role aims to empower local teams to support performance, enhance customer experience, and communicate the Maison's values and culture.

The Training Manager will implement and maintain the training strategy in Germany, developed by Van Cleef & Arpels International and supported by the Europe region, to promote excellence in German boutiques and support business performance.

You will focus on defining a local training strategy for Germany stores, delivering high-impact training, implementing coaching plans, and encouraging learning.

You will also act as a business partner to local teams, monitoring performance and skills, and identifying training needs.
