As a Retail Content Manager, you are the creative link between training concepts, platform management, and content ideation. Your responsibilities include:
Training Asset Review: Review and localize existing training content for the local market
Strategy & Concept Development: Develop training strategies with a strong focus on media-supported enablement journeys
Lead Trainer Briefings: Communicate new concepts and ensure effective implementation by trainers
E-Learning Platform Management: Oversee learning paths, monthly challenges, newsletter communication, and daily platform support
Content Creation: Create tailor-made training content and text assets for retail partner-specific activities
Copywriting & Content Ideation: Write official text templates, scripts, newsletters, and internal communications
Content Adaptation: Localize and adapt international content for specific market needs
Your profile
Several years of experience in developing and implementing training concepts (e.g. for retail, call centers, or e-learning)
Proven ability to create training materials (text, video, presentations)
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Experience working with e-learning platforms (e.g. LMS systems, newsletters, challenges)
Project management experience - from planning and coordination to execution
Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma
