CLASSIFICATION: Full-time/ Seasonal/ Hourly

POSITION:

Solitude is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and strong communication skills. The Retail Sales Associate will ensure that customers leave our stores satisfied and contribute to the store's profitability. SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in sales and operating a cash register is advantageous.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills, staying up-to-date on resort happenings, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service to assist guests in selecting products.
• Ability to remain on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and performing basic arithmetic operations.
• Capability to lift between 25-50 lbs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Operate the computer sales system to process cash and credit transactions efficiently.
• Follow Solitude's guidelines to open and close the store.
• Promote and sell merchandise, apparel, and sundries to customers.
• Manage inventory by stocking, receiving, and displaying merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly faced throughout the day.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain strong communication skills.
