YOUR MISSION:

1. Provide excellent customer service in line with PUMA values and established service standards on the sales floor.
2. Ensure that effective customer service helps meet or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
3. Handle sales transactions at the checkout efficiently, confidently, securely, and accurately.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines aligned with PUMA values.
5. Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise processing.
6. Identify opportunities to improve merchandise flow and communicate these to your team.
7. Join our team in a full-time capacity.

YOUR TALENT:

1. Previous sales experience, preferably in a dynamic retail environment.
2. Passion for the PUMA brand.
3. Customer-oriented, reliable, and friendly personality.
4. Strong team player.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to learn quickly.
7. Basic computer skills, including MS Office programs.
