As a Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d), you will represent our brand at our shop in Berlin-Mitte, overseeing the entire customer experience, including customer service.


Your Role
  • Welcome customers and provide advice with a competent, open-minded, and positive attitude. Inspire customers by demonstrating how our products enhance their journeys.
  • Take responsibility for customer experience, product presentation, sales, and embodying our brand values.
  • Gather customer feedback on products and services to help us improve continuously.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock maintenance.
  • Convince customers of our product features and meet sales targets.
  • Your work directly impacts Horizn's success, and you are prepared to take responsibility for it.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Over 1 year of experience in retail with a premium brand, sales management in fashion, or front desk roles.
  • Excellent listening skills and persuasive abilities.
  • Experience with high-touch products.
  • Talent for building long-term customer relationships by recognizing their needs and desires.
  • Passion for travel, lifestyle, and fashion.
  • Experience working with sales targets and a drive to increase sales.
  • Good eye for product presentation and maintaining shop appearance.
  • Reliable, organized, and structured work style.
  • Open-minded, friendly, enthusiastic, positive, and sales-oriented personality.
  • Enthusiasm for travel, intelligent products, fashion, design, and sustainability.
  • Experience in an international environment; fluent in English and German.
